Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SC Christian Dance Theater website (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.
Use of the Site
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
- Use the Site to distribute spam or unsolicited communications
Enrollment & Registration
Class enrollment through our Site is subject to availability and confirmation by SC Christian Dance Theater staff. Submission of an enrollment form does not guarantee placement in a class. We reserve the right to accept or decline any enrollment request.
Tuition & Payments
- Tuition is due on the schedule communicated at enrollment
- Late payments may result in suspension from class participation
- Tuition is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by SC Christian Dance Theater
- Returned payments may be subject to a processing fee
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies will be communicated separately at the time of enrollment. SC Christian Dance Theater reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Photo & Media Release
By enrolling a student, you grant SC Christian Dance Theater permission to photograph and/or video record students during classes, rehearsals, and performances for use in promotional and educational materials, including on this website and social media, unless you have submitted a written opt-out request.
SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS communications from SC Christian Dance Theater, you agree to receive text messages including:
- Class enrollment confirmations and reminders
- Performance and event announcements
- Schedule changes and cancellations
- Promotional offers and studio news
- General notifications and updates

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
